Over 20 years in leadership across strategy, brand, marketing and growth, for the world's most complex organizations, I've learned that the best answers come not from lone geniuses, or from consensus. They come from the right people, in the right conversation, freed from the tyranny of the urgent.
Extranaut brings together practitioners, makers, philosophers, and decision-makers around the questions that matter — not to extract answers, but to surface better questions.
I believe strategy is a practice, not a deliverable. That certainty is overrated. That the most powerful thing you can do for an organization is put it in a room it's never been in before.
We are at a turning point, and there's a choice: extract on the way down, or build on the way up. I believe businesses, and the people inside them, should choose the latter. Solve problems in ways that benefit the many. And build the futures we want to inhabit.
